Unity For A Stronger Nation

The year 2020 was truly a challenging one, full of unexpected events. Our normal lives have been greatly affected, and we have spent the majority of our time locked down or isolated. It has made our life more difficult, building a sense of pessimism and misery in individuals. Although the pandemic continues to cause suffering, we are still trying to win this battle because Filipinos are known for their diligence and hard work. We strive to have a better future, and this will continue to help us achieve it, and working together will make it easier to do so.

The Philippines is one of the countries that have the strictest lockdowns. Us being confined in our homes is already a big adjustment for everyone. We would not have suffered as much if the government had imposed limitations sooner. The Philippines' response to Covid-19 is insufficient to mitigate the pandemic's negative consequences on its people. The country appears to be at war with the Covid-19, with Filipinos suffering financially, emotionally, physically, and mentally. People are at risk of starvation, and the Philippine economy is severely affected. As a result, people were forced to close their businesses and lose their jobs, further deteriorating their situation. However, it has been seen that Filipinos' obedience aids in the control of the virus's spread. Continuing to do so will make it easier for us to defeat Covid-19 in this battle. In times like this, unity is critical since helping one another is the most effective approach to combat the pandemic.

Discipline is most important for the country to overcome this difficult situation. Keep in mind that we are not the only ones who are struggling. We are not alone in this fight, which is why it is critical to think carefully before acting in order to avoid regrets and harm to others. This is a battle that people all across the world are facing, and we must be considerate of others' circumstances. Expressing our oneness as citizens is a step toward a more resilient Philippines
