It is our responsibility as an individual to care for the things around us that are necessary for our survival. For instance, we must do our best to keep our surroundings green since plants and trees provide us with different necessities, such as food and clean, fresh air.          A quarter is again coming to an end, and thankfully, I made it through junior high. I am excited for the new experiences that await me as I enter senior high.        Vigan City has one of the best festival celebrations. The city comes to life as people gather to watch street dances and other activities made especially for the festival celebration. However, our movements are limited due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The term "new normal" was coined to describe a situation in which some of our usual behaviors are prohibited. People were disappointed because festival celebrations are one of the most awaited events.         Our favorite time of year is nearing, and the pandemic is still present, limiting our ability to travel and meet our loved ones from various places.
